MBA Refresher Conference and Dinner 2008

The "MBA Refresher" Seminar is back in 2008 for its tenth consecutive year.  An intensive one day event showcasing UTS academics and leading industry practitioners who will present the latest management thinking and trends in the key business disciplines - including finance, marketing, management and strategy.

This year we will be extending the experience to include dinner with what promises to be a very stimulating and topical debate on the moral conundrum of whether governments should bail out failing banks. The debate teams included Mr Carson Scott, Anchor, Sky News Business Channel.

In the stunning setting of The American Club, UTS academics and leading industry practitioners will report developments and present recent cases study.

The event will present an opportunity to meet Professor Roy Green, incoming Dean of Business and author of the recent Federal Government's Textiles, Clothing and Footwear Manufacturing Review. Professor Green will join us for lunch and briefly address the group.
