After several years of gaining on-the-job management experience, I wanted to complement and enhance my knowledge and skills with best practice management principles and business concepts.

I chose the UTS Masters in Human Resource Management because it was important that I go to a reputable learning institution and graduate with a credible and internationally recognised postgraduate qualification. Also UTS caters for full time professionals by offering a combination of intensive and weekly night classes.

I am currently undertaking the UTS Masters in Human Resource Management and have enjoyed the combination of management, business and law subjects. I've found the program practical, current and intellectually stimulating.

Being in the "people business", I also appreciate being able to meet people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including other professionals who have become excellent networking contacts and friends.
