GSB Concurrent Study

The following procedure is for Concurrent Study (undertaking a subject or subjects outside UTS) and relates only to students currently studying at the UTS: Graduate School of Business (GSB).

Please note, concurrent study is not to be used for Application for Exchange Study (UTS web).

To Apply for Concurrent Study

1. Concurrent study will only be granted if students have been relocated interstate or overseas due to work or personal reasons.
2. You must apply for concurrent study BEFORE undertaking the subject.
3. The number of concurrent subjects cannot exceed the maximum number of exemptions allowable according to the exemption policy. Please check the Exemption Policy for more information.
