MBA GPA or GMAT Requirement
The following GPA or GMAT requirements only concern the MBA Program. Our other postgraduate courses have a different GPA requirement.
To maintain the high standard of students entering the MBA Program, applications are assessed in regard to an applicant's compliance with either one of the following GPA or GMAT requirements:
GPA Requirement
GPA is an applicant's Grade Point Average (GPA) from previous study. The course entry requirement is for a GPA of at least 2.75 out of 4.0 (with at least 90% of all subjects with marks over 50). Note: 4.0 is a UTS scale, therefore your GPA may need to be converted if your GPA has been calculated from a different scale.
- Prospective Students: your GPA should be located on your academic transcript but if not we can assess it with your course application.
- Current Students: it is recommended your submit your full academic transcript to the Haymarket Student Centre (Postgraduate) for GPA evaluation.
GMAT Requirement
The GMAT score is an applicant's grade in the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). Applicant's for the MBA Program require an overall GMAT score of 550 with minimum scores of verbal 25, quantitative 35 and AWA 4.0.
